1. Data controller

2. Data processed when you visit

This website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver and secure the website, Vercel may process technical request data such as IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs.

Some project media is delivered by Cloudinary. Loading that media sends ordinary request information, including IP address, browser information and referrer data, to Cloudinary.

3. When you contact me

The contact links open your email application; this website does not submit a contact form or store your message in its own database. If you email me, I process the contact details and information you choose to provide in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or take steps towards a contract.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Website delivery, reliability and security: legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site.
• Enquiries and project discussions: steps requested before entering a contract and legitimate interests in professional correspondence.
• Contracts, invoices and statutory records: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Retention

Ordinary enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the latest communication. Information connected with an active contract, invoice, dispute or legal duty may be kept longer for the period required by applicable law. Technical logs are retained according to provider settings and only for as long as needed for operation, diagnostics and security.

6. Recipients and transfers

Data is shared only where necessary with infrastructure and communications providers, including Vercel, Cloudinary and the email services used by the parties. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their contractual and privacy documentation. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

7. Cookies and tracking

Spino Visuals does not currently use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and no consent banner is shown. The site uses no automated decision-making or profiling. This policy will be reviewed before adding analytics, forms, newsletters or advertising tools.

8. Your rights
